EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

 We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment, machinery, building systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, able to troubleshoot problems independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Be within 30 minutes of building locations for on call/emergency purposes

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment issues.
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they result in equipment downtime.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to established procedures.
Repair or replace worn, damaged, or defective components.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of equipment as needed.
Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other maintenance equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Work with outside contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required.
Maintain an inventory of commonly used parts, tools, and supplies.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall facility performance.
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, building, or facilities maintenance.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
Basic electrical troubleshooting ability.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work in various physical positions as required by the job.
Drywalling, plastering and painting skills

Preferred:
Technical school, trade certification, or equivalent maintenance training.
Experience with PLCs, motors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, or HVAC. Drywalling, plastering and painting skills
Maintenance-related certifications or licenses.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
